6 month baby food indian

When your little bundle of joy succeeds half milestone, now comes the time to introduce your little with new tastes. Feeding solids is an important milestone. As your baby is stepping into the world of solid food, it’s good to start with healthy options. Pediatricians advise starting with veggies. The joy of choosing the right veggies, lovingly whipping them to the right consistency, and feeding them can be totally satisfying. When your baby is 4 to 6 months old, you will want to use simple, single-ingredient purées. This can help you to spot and identify a food allergy. Once you have proven your child’s tolerance to individual foods, you can try combinations to enhance flavor and likeability.

Before preparing the purees, ensure that you sterilize the bowls and spoons using hot water and keep it immersed in the water until you use it. New eaters only need about 1 to 2 tablespoons of a food, so keep portions small.
